Sennheiser CX True Wireless Earbuds are the budget sibling of the more premium CX Plus TWS Earbuds. The case is identical and therefore is a bit large. Additionally it is fabricated from dense plastic and the hinge has a reassuring feel to it. Similarly the earbuds are made of high quality plastic with a matte finish which gives them a neat look and a durable feel. Unfortunately the earbuds are large and protrude from the ears. Nonetheless thanks to a light weight build the fit is snug and comfort levels are good. The battery life on a single charge is 9 hours while the case is able to recharge them twice taking the total battery life to 27 hours. These TWS earbuds are available in color options of black and white.
Performance Aspect
The sound signature of these earbuds is quite alike the CX Plus TWS Earbuds ergo they sound dull and unimpressive. Lets divulge the intricate details for more clarity on the previous statement. Firstly, the bass is powerful and strong, it has good transients. On the other hand the pronounced bass has its after effects felt in lower mid range which is peaky. It gets better though as bulk of instruments and vocals sound airy as well as dynamic. Treble is again a spoil sport and is warm and veiled. It has the resolution but the output is masked under the heavy bass. All things said and done, it is a reasonably priced pair of TWS earphones and can be termed as a value for money buy especially if bass is your thing.
