Using ultralight aerospace-grade metal, along with flexible PET material, the 1MORE Piston Fit Earphones are built around an aluminium alloy chassis, anodised to a sleek textured finish. The metallic sound chamber alone is crafted using an intricate 20-step process, to ensure build quality, performance consistency and resistance to wear and tear, even with intense use. The enamelled copper cable is wrapped in Kevlar for immense durability and tensile strength. While a braided sleeve prevents tangling, the ends are sheathed in TPE to avoid audio interference due to friction with clothing.
