Build Aspect

AmazonBasics products are usually good quality and offer good value for the money spent. It would seem that this 0.75 Ton AC with model number PBAC12K3FS301 is another such offering. The AC seems well built and durable. Sharp lines don the front of this AC and give it a sleek and elegant look. Moreover the AC seems well made, sturdy and adequately durable. Coming to the remote, its a handy little unit with a good ergonomic layout of buttons.

Performance Aspect

We have high hopes from AmazonBasics products and we expected nothing less from this AC. Fortunately the AC did not disappoint. For starters the cooling capacity is more than adequate at a respectable 9000 BTU. Add to it the PM2.5 filter and the AC doubles up as an air purifier too. However the AC is a tab bit noisy, we would expect its noise levels to be around 52 ~54 db at max fan speeds. Coming to the energy consumption this AC is pretty decent with its 2.98 ISEER not burning through energy like a few other 2 star ACs. Rounding it up by stating that this a super value for money window AC and is best suited for small rooms.
