Build Aspect
Carrier is a name that is synonymous with ACs and high performance ones at that. This 1.5 Ton 5 star rated Inverter is another such split AC with decent credentials. The AC itself is well built and feels durable, although it is not as solidly built as one would expect. For instance the outdoor weighs 27 Kgs while the indoor unit clocks at 10.3 Kgs. Regardless the indoor has a sleek, clean and modern look on one hand and yet gives off an aggressive performance vibe on the other hand.
Performance Aspect
Getting in to the essence of an air conditioner we evaluate its performance. As expected from a Carrier AC the performance is anything but poor. The 18766 BTU/hour compressor really works facilely to work it charm. Furthermore 670 CFM fan speed is one of the strongest there is in this class and subsequently throws drafts of cooled air a long distance, all this while keeping noise levels to under 44db. Do note that it has only 2 way auto swing feature and therefore the horizontal swing is manually adjustable. Taking a note of its capabilities it would be right to term this as a very good 5 star Inverter 1.5 Ton split AC that you can buy in India.
