Build Aspect
Unlike the FTKF50TV 1.5 Ton AC, the ATKL50TV is a 3 star inverter AC in budget from Daikin. The IDU of AC is well built and sports a elegant silver trim on top which accentuates its looks. Besides that the AC is made from good quality plastics which seem durable. Furthermore the IDU is a rather hefty unit. The remote is a small Daikin unit which is ergonomic and easy to use.
Performance Aspect
This is a budget AC from Daikin and this actually shows in the overall performance. The AC although is effective in a medium rooms has only adequate cooling capacity topping out at 17700 BTU. Thankfully the AC is equipped with a fan speed with airflow of 572 CFM, which is indeed very good. In more good news the noise levels are in check with max noise being 45 db only. However it has only 2 way auto swing, which although is not a deal breaker, is disappointing. Thankfully a PM 0.1 filter is provided which helps capture harmful pollutants in air. Finally it can be inferred that this Inverter AC although average in performance is a good buy and is best suited to medium sized room only.
