Haier is a manufacturer, whose product are usually well priced and punch a segment above, mostly. HWU12C-CV3CNB1 is precisely the kind of product which we are talking about. This 1 ton window AC looks sleek as a result of sharp edges and lines. Furthermore the AC looks and feels every bit as premium as some of its more expensive counterparts. Even though the remote isn’t backlit, the buttons are well spread out making it a breeze to use even in the dark.

Performance Aspect

What good is a AC if it is good at cooling? Well this Haier window AC is more than capable. Firstly, it sports a compressor which is capable of churning out (if that makes any sense) 11635 BTU/hr of cooling. Secondly, it has a strong air flow, the  blower pushes out 510 CFM of air which puts some 1.5 Ton ACs to shame, literally! Finally, its priced very competitively making it the ideal choice for those on a strict budget. However there is a fly in the ointment, this AC is a bit noisy and can be a cause of concern unless fan speed is lowered. Be that as it may, its cooling, superb fan speed and price range make this a winner and perhaps one of best and finest AC for those on a budget.
