Build Aspect

RSRG518HFEOZ1 Kiyora 5100X is a premium and high performance air conditioner from Hitachi. The AC is very much similar to the RSRG518HEEA in many aspects and the ambient light ring is one of them, its a unique and nifty feature. Furthermore as is with all Hitachi Air Conditioners this a solid and hefty unit. Additionally the looks are elite and rich, such is the quality of plastics used and the finishing on the Air conditioner. Even though the outdoor does not weigh too much, the sheet metal and overall construction are satisfactory enough to give a heightened sense of durability.

Performance Aspect

Akin to the Enzen & Kashkoi series this Kiyora unit is a chiller. It has an amped up 19000 BTU/ hour cooling capability which is the reason behind its fantastic cooling. This compressor is complimented with a  blower fan, which has 620 CFM and can be termed as powerful. The most noticeable difference between this and the RSRG518HEEA is the refrigerant. This unit uses R32 vs R410a, the former is said to be better for the environment. The noise levels although low are somehow bit higher than the previous version of this AC, it is 36 db versus 34 db for the previous version. A highly encouraging ISEER rating of 4.55 ensures that the AC is efficient doing its chores. Finally to sum up this is one fabulous AC with lots of cooling capability and good looks and as a result well deserving to be termed as one of the best 5 star 1.5 ton split AC in India.
