Build Aspect

IFB Senator Plus 8012 is a Front Load washing machine with 8 Kg capacity and 1200 RPM motor. Clearly it is very well put together and rivals the very best in business. Similarly the plastics are dense and panels have a minimum panel flex, it shows in the weight too which is a solid 75 kilos. Naturally it also features a solid stainless steel drum, which adds to the durability and enhances cleaning capabilities. Likewise the door is sized at 32 cm which is just perfect, it closes with a satisfying thud too. Last but not the least the control panel consists of a jog dial, buttons and display, its easy to use.

Performance Aspect

IFB uses a 1200 RPM capable motor which transfers its power using a belt drive mechanism. Although it is a normal AC motor and not an inverter DC motor its efficient and manages 5 stars in efficiency rating. This front load machine features plenty of wash modes including steam capabilities. The vibrations are well managed, although the likes of Bosch are more civilized so to say. Moving on the water consumption is 8.9 liters per kg per wash cycle, that’s quite acceptable. Therefore it can be concluded that this is a decent one in the 8 kg front load category.
