Build Aspect
IFB Senator Plus SXS 8014 is a Front Load washing machine with 8 Kg capacity. This is a well built machine through and through. The plastics are dense and sheet metals sturdy, it shows in the weight which is a solid 75 kilos. Besides it also features a solid stainless steel drum, which adds to the durability and enhances cleaning capabilities. Furthermore the door is adequately sized at 32 cm in addition to having a solid build quality. Last but not the least the control panel consists of a jog dial, buttons and display, its just perfect.
Performance Aspect
1400 RPM that is the speed of your laundry being dried. Yes the motor on this washing machine is capable and powerful. Although it is a normal AC motor and not an inverter DC motor its efficient and gathers full 5 stars. Apparently this machine features plenty of wash modes which also include steam capabilities. There is a small issue though, the motor has a peculiar whine noise when spinning at 1200 and 1400 RPMs. Having said that it runs like a hunting tigress for most part, silently and well focused. What is the water usage you ask? Ahem, machine also uses 8.9 liter of water per Kg for each wash cycle, its to bad. In light of all the revelations it would be fair to say that this is a fantastic washing machine and is a must to consider while selecting one in the 8 kg front load category.
