Klipsch RP- 400M utilises Tractrix horn-loaded technology that directs high-frequency energy directly towards listeners. This helps in the elimination of unnecessary reverb generated by indirect sound bouncing off of walls. This results in a clear and detailed sound.
Reference Premiere range of speakers from Klipsch is equipped with a compressed moulded silicone face which has 90 x 90 degree Tractrix horn. This minimizes horn resonance to deliver smoother frequency response. To add to the smoothness, Klipsch computer modelled phase plugs that offer a flat frequency response that shields tweeter from damage.
