Build Aspect

PS-Q19RNYE is a 1.5 Ton 4 star Inverter AC from LG. As is expected from LG, this Air Conditioner is well made and of high quality. While the outdoor is made of metal to protect the mighty dual inverter compressor the indoor is made of finely crafted plastic which blends with all kinds of interiors. It has a sleek, curvy look which gives a relatively smaller feel. Moreover the remote is a nifty unit with a well thought layout which makes it easy to use in the dark too.

Performance Aspect

This LG AC is a perfect compromise for those on the fence on whether to choose a 3 star or a 4 star AC. It is smack in between with very good 5 star efficiency rating. About the cooling though, it has a terrific 18766 BTU capable compressor. The max air flow for this AC is rated at 653 CFM, when both of these are united it presents the occupants with a strong and cool air loaded with relief. The noise levels of the AC are quite low too at all fan speeds and will not be a cause of concern. Unfortunately this AC is not equipped with 4 way auto swing (just 2 way). Moving on a solid ISEER of 4.20 ensures that utility bills are kept in check. Considering all of its traits, positives and negatives it would be fair to say that this is a wonderful 1.5 Ton split AC.
