Build Aspect
RS-Q10ENXE is a odd ball Air Conditioner. On one hand LG classifies it as 1 Ton AC while on the other hand Amazon lists it as a 0.9 Ton AC. Clearly looking at the power capacity this AC is best termed as a 1 Ton AC. And as such this AC is identical in looks as well as build quality to its 1 Ton siblings. We iterate again, this AC has splendid build quality and LG uses some of the best plastics and materials that can be. Furthermore the ocean black protection is a boon, which helps the copper tubing last longer. Taking things outside we see that the ODU is similar in size, infact upon careful scrutiny it measure exactly the same too as its 1 ton siblings. However it is a little lighter which is directly attributable to its compressor being smaller. All in all everything is robust and well put together and you wont feel short changed in any way whatsoever.
Performance Aspect
This is a 1 Ton Air Conditioner, with a peak performance of 12454 BTUs. It has the same high performance blower of other 1 Ton units which has a strong flow of 425 CFM. This combined with the small yet potent compressor gives us good amounts of cooling. We hate Air conditioners with 2 way swing, however this is not one of them. It needs a small sized room to be truly effective, or at the minimum the area needs to be properly enclosed. Electricity consumption of this AC is 624.87 units with an ISEER of 3.96. While its not the modicum of performance or efficiency this AC does do the job well and with decent efficiency. Therefore it is deserving of being recommended should you require a 1 ton split AC this summer.
