Build Aspect

The GLW18B32WSEW is a 1.5 Ton window AC from Lloyd with 3 star energy efficiency rating. Generally speaking the AC seems well built and of average quality. Furthermore the looks of the AC are simple and just like any other window AC. However it is observed that the unit is bulky rather heavy weighing 56 kilos. Additionally the remote has a good layout and feels good and easy to use.

Performance Aspect

The AC has a 16720 BTU cooling capacity which is very mediocre and nothing to boast about. Add to that a rather uninspiring fan speed of 412 CFM, consequently the AC feels rather under-specced. Unfortunately the AC does ship with a either PM 2.5 filter or a PM 0.3 filter to help capture pollutants. However the AC is for the budget conscious and keeping in mind that price point and that if the intended room size is not too large the AC will be effective and be a good choice.
