Build Aspect

30MCGR is a 30 litre microwave oven with a comparatively small foot print. Yes this microwave oven is well built, looks ritzy and most importantly does not cost a bomb. The full black exterior paired with the satin finished door handle surely look charming. As expected the control panel is the usual membrane based touch panel with a LED display panel, besides it has decent tactile. In parallel the interior cavity is made of stainless steel therefore the interior is easy to maintain and clean.

Performance Aspect

Microwave ovens have come a long way, continually adding features and more presets. While this microwave has plenty of presets in it which can be readily used to cook and prepare recipes it lacks some nice to have features such as cleaning and keep warm kind of modes. Thankfully Morphy Richards have included a crusty plate for baking along with a wire rack for grill. Fortunately the convection cooking is very good in this microwave, it is fast and the fan seems capable. On the other hand the grill cooking is uneven and feels slow. It is evident by the price and performance of this microwave that it is definitely one of the best convection microwave in India that you can buy.
