Build Aspect
Sennheiser CX Plus True Wireless Earbuds are precision crafted squarish looking pair of earphones. The case is bulky one and is made of dense plastic, it has a reassuring feel to it. Similarly the earbuds are made of high quality plastic with a gloss finish which gives them a durable feel. Moreover the earbuds are large and protrude from the ears. However thanks to light weight build the fit and comfort levels are good. The battery life on a single charge is about 8 hours while the case is able to juice them up twice over taking the total battery life to 24 hours. The TWS earbuds are available in color options of black and white.
Performance Aspect
Where do we start? Should we say we are not impressed and be done with it? No, we will lay out the specifics for better understanding. These earbuds have a solid and punchy bass, however it rolls of early. As a result lower lows are lacking which is usually associated with rumble. Mids are good and sound natural mostly. Alas a unwarranted dip in higher mids cause the vocals and certain instruments to sound lackluster. Treble here plays the role of Satan literally, its wreaks havoc in the sound profile. It is dull, boring and takes out all the energy from tracks. As a result the overall sound profile sounds dark and bass heavy. Not all is bad as at least ANC is not a deal breaker and works sufficiently well. All in all these wireless earbuds should be considered only if you are looking at earphones with a bass heavy profile.
