175 LZH is 1.4 Ton Window Air Conditioner from Tata owned Voltas. It packs a rather unique 1.4 Ton compressor, which is currently only seen in Air Conditioners from Voltas. In any case the AC looks and has a footprint exactly of 1.5 Ton variant for all intents and purposes. The window AC is well made and is a very heavy unit nearing 60 kilos. As a result of this heft the AC is able to provide a sense of a durable, high quality product. Although in reality the plastics are of medium quality only. Performance Aspect

Getting in to the essence of the AC, its evident that its performance is good. Its cooling capacity is adequate for a 1.4 ton AC at 15968 BTU /hr. The compressor a 1.4 ton unit is very efficient with a solid 3.31 ISEER rating. Unfortunately the air flow is just an average 412 CFM and needless to say that there are AC units which have faster fan speeds. On top of that it lacks a PM 2.5 filter too. In more bad news the AC seems to make air-cutting noise at edges of air swing operation, which although can be mitigated by stopping the swing altogether is unexpected. Ultimately after weighing in all pros and cons it would be fair to term this as a good and efficient 1.4 Ton Window AC, best suited for homes.
