Build Aspect
The CS/CU-RU18XKYT is a budget 3 star AC from Panasonic. Akin to the family looks the IDU has a contemporary look and seems particularly high-end. Similarly the ODU is well built and feels durable and robust. It also packs a hidden display which further accentuates the looks. We have never been fans of Panasonic remote controls and this AC is no different since it has a very poorly designed remote with too slim buttons.
Performance Aspect
Panasonic ACs have good performance and this model is no different. In summer heat, its a good place to be near this AC since it has 17231 BTU cooling capacity. Although the fan blower is not very powerful, it holds it own perfectly. Additionally the PM 2.5 filter captures pollutants to give a healthy and cool environment. As a result of low fan speed the noise levels are in check even at high fan speeds. All things considered its a decent 1.5 Ton split AC for those on a budget in India.
