Build Aspect

LG has a classy, elegant, beautiful looking 1 Ton AC in the form of JW-Q12WUZA. Yes this is very different yet chic looking AC with 1 ton cooling capacity. As is expected from LG, the AC is made with high quality plastics, precision craftsmanship of-course durable metals such as copper which have a proprietary “ocean black protection”. Needless to say the AC has all tell-a-tale signs of a premium AC and it not only looks the part but is certainly built that way too. Likewise the remote is a small yet it is easy to use thanks to big rounded buttons.

Performance Aspect

This AC is an expensive one, and we expected powerful performance from it, however we are less than pleased. For instance the BTU of the compressor is less than 11000 units. Additionally the fan is very relaxed and slow churning out just 290 CFM volume of air. Not all is bleak in performance aspect though as this AC has 3.50 ISEER making it a very energy efficient AC. Furthermore noise levels like all other LG ACs are well damped, this window AC is one of the most quiet 1 Ton window AC in the market. Lastly it has a niche feature in the form of Wi Fi capability which not only enables it for voice access but also makes it easy to integrate in a smart home system. Taking into account its feature list, looks, performance and price, it would be wise to say that this AC is an average one and if budget permits would be definitely worth the money spent.
